Great Ideas!

On April 18th, my home flooded. This was the second time my home flooded, it happened in 2008. One thing I knew, I was going to hire a contractor. In 2008 we didn’t use a contractor, I did not want to do that again. The only person that came to mind was Chad McCartney, I wanted someone trust worthy and he fit the bill. Chad has great ideas and always willing to make changes and fix things that might not have turned out as you planned. He’s easy to work with and has a great attitude. I would definitely call CM2 for any other construction needs I might have.

Chad took my living room with a soaring ceiling and converted it to a cozy space with a second-floor media room. His price was fair with a reasonable time frame. He managed the job and his employees seamlessly. When it was time for my master bath overhaul, I didn’t call anyone but Chad. It was a much bigger project, complete remodel with tub removal and a walk-in shower. But once again I felt completely comfortable again handing over my keys and heading out to work. Construction is messy and stressful but confidence in your contractor makes all the difference. I made some after quote changes and he took them all in stride. His crews, when I saw them, (most of the work was done while I was out of the house) were very polite and respectful. He did a fantastic job and was once again very easy to work with. The bathroom came out awesome and I couldn’t have been happier.

CM2 Construction has completed several projects for our home. The most recent project was a patio extension and enclosing a room off our upstairs game room. Great Suggestions!

We had a great experience using CM2 Construction for our Master and Jack & Jill bathroom remodels. Chad listened carefully to our ideas and provided many great suggestions that we had not considered when putting together our design. He was helpful in providing us with options that aligned with our vision and we are thrilled with the result. He was patient and receptive when we made some design changes in the middle of the project and completed both of our projects on time. His crew was always professional and punctual, and they made sure to clean up their workspace before they left for the day. They paid close attention to details and delivered high quality work. Totally Satisfied!

CM2 Construction has completed two major construction projects for us. The first one is when CM2 added an upstairs room when we didn’t even have an upstairs. The second, we did a complete make over from top to bottom (painting walls, closets, ceilings, moving a wall, adding a nice banister, new cabinets, new counter top and lowered the bar high counter, backsplash, fireplace, floors, appliances, etc.) We were totally satisfied with the work and would recommend CM2 (Chad McCartney) to anyone without reservation. The house looks great, with quality work, schedule was on time, and budget was fine until we started adding things. I hope we do not have a third remodel; but, if we did, CM2 would handle it if they are not tired of us. Chad may not like for me to say this but at times I have called him for a small problem and he will come over smiling and takes care of it. It’s like having another son in law.
